Goal: I’m in the midst of adopting the “eat to live” attitude. I’ve been scouring the net for information on heart healthy foods and am including my 21-year (and older) grocery list, which contains all the “right stuff!”

I begin Day 20 under my first goal, which is to take better care of myself. Pretty soon, I’ll be moving on to goal #2! Before I do that, however, I’ll be recapping with information on the kinds of things I did to make progress on goal #1.
I am looking very forward to tomorrow. I am going to make an effort to exercise first thing. My only hope is that my back doesn’t give me too many problems!
